Terms of Use

By using WordCloud Studio (the “Service”), operated by 4Brains Technologies Private Limited, you agree to these terms. They’re short because the Service is simple.

Free to use

The Service is free, including high-resolution and vector downloads, for personal and commercial use. We fund it with advertising. There are no paid tiers and no watermarks.

Your content is yours

You own the text you enter, the images you upload, and the artwork you create. We claim no rights over your designs. If you save designs to an account, you grant us permission to store them so we can show them back to you.

You are responsible for having the rights to any text, images, or fonts you upload, and for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, or harassing.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its security without permission, or use automated tools to scrape it.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing contact@4brains.in.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
